Our mission is to provide the Australian coffee industry with simple and affordable funding solutions. Our business was created to serve the coffee industry alone.
We work with established cafes and roasters which means we can pass on the benefits of lower risk funding agreements.
We want you to have an affordable, predictable and simple solution to getting the coffee equipment you want. We keep things simple so we can pass the savings onto you.
We understand that business doesn’t stand still. What works for you today might change three or four years from now. That's why we give you options to own the equipment or upgrade to a new coffee platform at the end of the rental term.
To own the equipment, we simply let the monthly direct debit payments continue for a further three months, after which time we transfer the ownership of the equipment to you.
To upgrade to a new platform, we work with you (your equipment provider or roasting partner) to source your new equipment.
Often we are able to offer you a further discount on the new platform as we take the existing platform back. We arrange for the decommissioning and removal of your equipment and work with you (your equipment provider or roasting partner) for the installation of your new coffee platform.
Things don't always go according to plan, we get it. If you find the equipment you've chosen isn't the right platform for you, we provide the flexibility to exit the rental agreement by paying out the remainder of the term plus an additional three months of rental payments. We will then work with you to establish a fair trade-in value to help you upgrade to the new platform. It's difficult to provide a guaranteed trade-in due to the variables of age and condition of the equipment.
